Is a professional Conference Interpreter/Translator for French/English with work experience from 2005 to date (19 years). He is a dedicated Interpreter/Translator who commits with diligence and professionalism to duty.

He has worked for ministerial convenings, multilateral consultations, regional organizations and international agencies such as: Association of Power Utilities of Africa (APUA), International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), Oxfam, Regional Association of Energy Regulators for Eastern and Southern Africa (RAERESA), Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), Southern African Development Community (SADC), Centre for Disease Control (CDC), African Union (AU),  United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), United Nations Development Fund (UNDP), among others.

Rene M. Mulenga is holder of a Master Degree in French Linguistics and Literature as well as a Master 2 (Master of Philosophy Degree) from the University of Stendhal – Grenoble 3, France. As such, he is a University Lecturer and Researcher who has been lecturing and training students in French Linguistics, Translation and Literary studies at the University of Zambia from 2005 to date.
